Age Criteria

Pre-Nursery: The child should be 3+ years old by 1st of July of the academic year he/she is seeking admission in.

Nursery: The child should be 4+ years old by 1st of Julyof the academic year he/she is seeking admission in.

KG: The child should be 5+ years old by 1st of July of the academic year he/she is seeking admission in.

Pre – primary education plays a vital role in laying out the foundation for the higher education and personality developments of your child. After leaving the home for the first time, your child should have a friendly exposure of to the outside world.

Enrolling your child in a better kindergarten school has a greater significance than it seems. At Happy Trails learning starts in a friendly manner where your child will indulge in playing, singing, drawing and social activities.

At an early age, the child will develop his key personality traits and he will explore his learning capabilities.

Teaching methodology

Your kid is new to the outside world and here he will learn new words, pronunciations, expressions, body language and other important aspects.

Playing activities

Playing activities are equally important. In fact, it is the fastest learning technique. Kids learn to understand expressions, teamwork, socializing and communication.

• How old does your child have to be? Children are admitted if they will be 2 to 2 years 6 months by 1st July.
• How do we handle separation? We work with each family individually, to establish trust and a comfort being in the classroom. Over time, the adult makes short separations and returns to the classroom. The process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.
• What is the schedule?  The class begins at 09:00 a.m. with play time. After a long period of supported play, the children gather to sing songs together, followed by a period of large motor play activities in our “activity area.” After a snack and a story, the day ends at 11:00 a.m..
• Does your child need to be toilet trained?   While we are not set up for a diaper-changing table, we recognize that toileting is an emerging competency for a two-year-old, and do not expect children to be toilet trained. We support children as they make strides of autonomy — recognizing their bodies’ needs and participating in the process of a diaper change in our children’s bathroom.
